OSSTF/FEESO is pleased to offer a new way of enhancing educational engagement, and to set an important precedent for unions in Canada. By joining the eSSENTIAL Accessibility coalition of organizations empowering people with disabilities, OSSTF/FEESO is committed to creating a more inclusive experience at osstf.on.ca.
The eSSENTIAL Accessibility app is a suite of assistive technologies, including keyboard, mouse and touch replacement solutions to help individuals with physical disabilities navigate the website with ease. The app features hands-free face tracking, voice activated controls, visual click assist, on-screen keyboard and text-to-speech.
eSSENTIAL Accessibility’s app can be used on a Mac, PC or Android device by anyone with dexterity challenges or reading difficulties arising from a variety of conditions.
